In cooperation with the Department of Internal Dormitory Affairs at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, the Department of Religious Affairs / Women’s Religious Outreach Division at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein organised a series of Ramadan evenings. The events were held in a spiritually uplifting atmosphere and witnessed wide participation from female students residing in the university’s dormitories.
The event was attended by His Eminence Sheikh Ahmed Al-Safi. The programme included recitations from the Holy Qur’an, remembrance (dhikr), and religious guidance. These activities aimed to strengthen spiritual values and deepen religious awareness during the blessed month of Ramadan.
This initiative forms part of the University’s and the Holy Shrine’s commitment to supporting educational and faith-based activities. It aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), by promoting values-based education, and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), by fostering ethical awareness and a positive community culture within the university environment.
The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa affirms its commitment to hosting initiatives that integrate educational and spiritual dimensions. Such efforts contribute to shaping well-rounded students who are aware of their values and responsibilities.
